Alia Bhatt did something she never did before – call Ranbir Kapoor her boyfriend.
In an Instagram post, the actress who has been in a relationship with the hunk for years, finally referred to him as her ‘boyfriend’ on the social platform.
“Casually flexing my boyfriend’s photography skills,” she captioned the post.
Going by the photos, it appears that Alia turned muse for Ranbir while they were enjoying some alone time together in Africa over the New Year’s weekend. The couple got out their camouflage gear and headed into the wild to enjoy the quiet and serenity on a Safari.
While this is the first time Alia has called Ranbir her ‘boyfriend’, the actress shared her first photo with the hunk on Diwali. The photo saw the two locked in an embrace while looking lovingly at each other.
This mush-fest comes amidst speculation that the couple will soon take the plunge. Reports previously stated that they wanted to wed in a private ceremony in Italy last year, however, they chose to postpone their wedding owing to the covid-19 restrictions.
While we may or may not have wedding bells ringing later this year, Alia and Ranbir will launch their first film together – ‘Brahmastra’. The Ayan Mukerji directorial is slated to hit the big screen on 9 September 2022. The film features an ensemble cast, including Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna, Mouni Roy, Dimple Kapadia, among others.
